Flamingo (Phoenicopterus missourienses plasticus), a rare sighting on our farm.   Libby does some “babysitting” intermittently.   They like to swim in the pool and check the bird nest boxes.   Libby imported this bird for “camp Libby”.

Flight over sunflowers

It was a beautiful late summer day with a brisk breeze.    George Kopp and I got some video with the quadcopter.   We took a flight over the blooming Maximilian Sunflowers up to the house.

Farm Equipment Bone Yard

This appears to be some sort of old, possibly even horse-drawn, seed planter.   The spring flowers pop up around it every year.
