Male Ruby-Throated Hummingbird Feeding on Columbine

This was taken the same morning as the previous photo of the female.    The flower was positioned on my back porch where my feeders are.   Flash was used to freeze the motion.  For those of you interested in camera settings:  The shutter speed was 1/250 second (the fastest flash synch speed for my camera),  Aperture  f/16,  ISO at 500.
